Kyriakos Yiangou

Assoc CIPD | HRDA Certified Trainer
Kyriakos Yiangou is an experienced Learning & Development professional and certified HRDA trainer with a strong background in hospitality, leadership, soft skills, performance management, and workplace wellbeing. Over the past decade, he has designed and delivered impactful training programmes across corporate, academic, and NGO settings, including global organisations such as Costa Cruises, Melco Resorts, CYENS, and the Cyprus Space Exploration Organisation.

With a practical, learner-centered approach, Kyriakos creates engaging and modern learning experiences that blend storytelling, experiential methods, and real-world application. He holds a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Health Psychology, and a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from CIPD (UK). He is fluent in Greek, English, Spanish, and Italian, and is a full member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA).
