Kiki Kallis

Kiki Kallis is a Human Resource Management professional with over 25 years of international experience across Cyprus, Greece, and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Keele University and a Master’s degree in HRM from the University of Leeds. Throughout her career, she has held various strategic roles, including HR Consultant, HR Manager, HR Business Partner,, University Lecturer, and Head of HR, actively contributing to the development and implementation of human resource policies and practices that drive organizational success. Currently, she serves as the HR Manager/Train at CARDET, a leading research and educational center. In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning, system development, and policy implementation in HR management, fostering an innovative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment. Kiki is a Fellow Member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA), where she has also served on the Board of Directors, and an Associate Professional Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). As a certified Trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA), she is passionate about designing and delivering specialized training workshops, equipping professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to enhance their performance and advance their careers.

Dr. Vicky Charalambous

Vicky Charalambous is an accomplished trainer with a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology, an MSc in Organizational and Economic Psychology, and a BA in International and European Economic Studies. With over 2,000 hours of teaching experience, she has served as a Lecturer in Work Psychology at the European University and is a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority. She holds international certifications as a Chief Happiness Officer and Chief Wellbeing Officer. Vicky is a Fellow Member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA), where she serves as a Board Member, and she represents Cyprus at the European Association for People Management. Alongside her academic and professional activities, she is an active research member and trainer at the Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology. She has also led the Institute of Development, providing specialized consulting and training services to support personal and professional growth. Currently, Vicky is the Director of People, Culture & Happiness at the CARDET research and educational center. Her previous roles include working at SHL Hellas, where she provided HR consulting services, serving as a Human Resources Executive at British American Tobacco, and working as a Recruitment and Performance Management Officer at C.A. Papaellinas.
