Kiki Kallis 

Human Resource Management Expert | Trainer | Strategic HR Leader
Kiki Kallis brings over 25 years of international experience in Human Resource Management, spanning Cyprus, Greece, and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Keele University and a Master’s degree in HRM from the University of Leeds. Kiki has held strategic HR roles including HR Consultant, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, University Lecturer, and Head of HR. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing human resource policies and practices that drive organizational success and foster positive workplace cultures. Currently, Kiki serves as HR Manager and Trainer at CARDET, a leading research and educational center. In this capacity, she leads strategic HR planning, system development, and policy implementation, cultivating an innovative and growth-oriented work environment. Kiki is a Fellow Member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA), where she has also served on the Board of Directors, and an Associate Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As an HRDA-certified Trainer, she is passionate about delivering specialized training workshops that empower HR professionals and managers to elevate their skills and advance their careers.
