Dr. Charalambos Vrasidas is an international consultant, corporate trainer, facilitator, and strategy advisor with more than three decades of experience across 40 countries. He supports companies, public institutions, universities, and non-profit organisations in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, human capital development, strategy, innovation, leadership, and organisational growth. He is the Founder and Executive Director of CARDET, Chief Learning Strategist at The Learning Edge, and Professor of Learning Innovations, Strategy, and Policy at the University of Nicosia. He has led the design and implementation of hundreds of international engagements, in partnership and/or supported by the European Commission, UNDP, OECD, USAID, EuropeAid, Microsoft, Yale University, national governments, and international agencies.

Dr. Vicky Charalambous is Managing Director of the Institute of Development, Director of People, Culture and Organisational Performance at CARDET, and Lead of the EU Working Group of the European Association for People Management (EAPM). She is also an HRDA-certified trainer, HR consultant and facilitator. She holds a PhD in Positive Organisational Psychology and has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organisational development, training and consultancy. Her areas of expertise include strategic HR, pay transparency and fair reward practices, leadership and organisational culture, workplace mental health & wellbeing, employee engagement, performance management and people development. She designs and delivers practical, evidence-based training and consulting solutions that help professionals and organisations strengthen leadership capability, improve workplace and HR practices, and create fairer, healthier and more effective organisations.

Elena Xeni is a Senior Language Specialist, Trainer, and Project Manager at CARDET, and Lecturer at the University of Nicosia, specializing in designing subsidized capacity-building programs. Holding an MPhil and MA in Translation Studies alongside an MA in Technology Enhanced Learning, her training focuses on language pedagogy, functional literacy, technology-enhanced learning, and social inclusion. She routinely leads professional workshops centered on inclusive education and intercultural learning strategies.

Simone Khenkin holds an Ed.M. in Sociology and Education from Columbia University and an M.A. in Theatre Education from Emerson College. As a Project Manager and Trainer at CARDET, her training expertise centers on arts-integrated learning, socioemotional curriculum design, applied theatre, and drama-in-education methodologies. She possesses extensive experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating online and in-person workshops for multinational team environments and youth organizations.

Kyriakos Yiangou is a certified HRDA Trainer, an Associate CIPD member, and a Learning and Development Manager holding an MSc in Health Psychology. His expertise lies in corporate learning and development, management development, organizational behavior, soft skills, coaching, and mentoring. Across executive L&D roles, he routinely conducts training needs analyses, establishes corporate training academies, and delivers customized workshops to drive professional growth and performance.
